Please note pricing is per person. The entire group is required to chose one pasta to collectively make as a group. One starter, and one dessert menu item can be an optional add-on. Multiple menu options will not be permitted.
For example: The group can chose : Risotto (one pasta menu item), Fire roasted tomato soup (one starter menu item), and zabaione (one desert menu item) as the menu items they wish to learn to cook. Multiple pastas, starters and deserts during one class are not permitted.

This stuffed pasta consists of Spinach, ricotta cheese, and a healthy dose of Parmesan. Never can you say that is too much cheese.
These can be served up in a butter sauce; or try it with sausage and mushroom.
